Thread: Speer Gold Dots in 6.5 and .308 Hunting Results

I've these pop up on a few reloading channels and they have had really good accuracy results and a nice cheap price point.

Anyone have any experience on hogs or deer using them?

Not yet. I’ve got some 168gr .308’s that I’ve just started load development on. When I get a chance to use them I will definitely post the results here. They seem like they are going to be a great bullet. I’ve read that people are comparing them to to federal fusion bullets.

I just managed to get my hands on a few different ones. I should see them in 7 days or less and will list them when they arrive.
So far they are super accurate and expand perfectly. I think these are going to be awesome, and will compete with the other brands at a better price point

I don't think so. I got all they had in every caliber .
Have toi wait and see when they arrive
